I'm on birth control and have been for the last year. Every period I've had since starting it has came by 10 on saturday. today it started around 4 or 5 and I haven't felt so great lately and my period is very light. I'm wondering if i could be pregnant?

Wow! I have heard of regular I'd say you are super regular! Stress of any kind can mess up your period and even make you miss a period. I suggest you buy a home pregnancy test soon and find out for sure because you do not want to be taking birth control pills if you are pregnant.
