HI! my cycle is 28 days and my monthly period is regular. my first day of menstruation this month was march 14, start from the first day of my menstruation we had a contact of my husband and that was on my 8 day . it is still safe or am i already fertile?

Hi Sweety, Most women ovulate

Hi Sweety,

Most women ovulate in the middle of the month. However, sperm can live in the body for 5 days. You could be fertile already and as I said sperm can live in the body for 5 days so you should use a condom or another form of birth control just to be sure.

Best of Luck,
TammyM
