Hi,

The benefits of breastfeeding are numerous - it helps the bonding process between mother and baby, babies who are breastfeed are said to have higher IQ's, less common health problems during childhood (colds, ear aches etc...) and for mom quicker baby weight loss and some prevention/protection against certain cancers.
