second: sometimes I begin with the condom the wrong way and I can't unroll it so I turn it around. now I read that it is better to throw it away. how dangerous is it to use a condom where the outside touched the tip of my penis when it was only erect

The chances of pregnancy

The chances of pregnancy resulting from the event you are describing (turning the condom over) is very slim. There is little to no semen on your penis before intercourse, unless you have had a recent ejaculation. However, if you have an STD, it is possible that the condom may have come in contact with some infected fluids from the penis. For these 2 reasons it is best to start with a new condom, that way you are not taking any unnecessary chances. Best of luck, Dr. Williams
