By accurate, I am guessing you mean effective -- which contraception is the most effective in preventing pregnancy. The most effective would be surgical sterilization. For men, this would be a vasectomy, and for women this would typically be tubal ligation or the Essure micro-insert.
The most effective reversible method would be an IUD, with Mirena being more effective than ParaGard. However, there is a trade-off between safety and efficacy. The more effective methods tend to have more side-effects and health risks. The less effective ones (like condoms or natural family planning), tend to be safer.
