If you are pregnant you may have a low hcg count (pregnancy hormone) you should have a blood test done to be certain they are more sensitive than the urine tests you take a home.
In the meantime, any type of stress can cause a delay in your period. If you have been under stress that can be the reason for the delay. Also on occasion a women will have a delayed or missed period for no obvious reason but you should visit your doctor to make sure.
